- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- dash Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 9 corn tortillas
- vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
