Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup currant jelly
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 16 ounces cocktail franks or regular hot dogs cut in 1-inch slices
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
Preparation:
In a medium saucepan combine currant jelly, chili sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. Add franks or hot dog slices and pineapple. Simmer cocktail franks 15 minutes. Transfer cocktail franks into a chafing dish, crockpot, or fondue pot for serving.Keep cocktail franks warm while serving.
