An easy dried beef spread for crackers, made with green onions and mayonnaise.
- 1 jar or package dried sliced beef (2 1/2 to 3 ounces), finely chopped
- 1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped (about 8 green onions, with green)
In a bowl, combine beef, onions, and enough mayonnaise to moisten and hold together. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours to chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
