Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 can (21 ounce) prepared apple pie filling
Preparation:
Beat eggs; add sugar, oil, flour, and baking powder. Pour half of the batter into a greased and lightly floured 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Spoon apple filling evenly over the batter. Pour remaining batter over apple layer. Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes. If desired, dust with sifted powdered sugar.
