Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 cups fine plain dry bread crumbs
Preparation:
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Place chicken pieces in the bowl, turning to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken and coat well with the bread crumbs. Arrange chicken in a greased shallow baking pan.
