- 8 ounces baby carrots
- 2 to 3 medium yellow summer squash or zucchini, cut in 1-inch slices
- 3/4 cup chicken broth, divided
- 4 to 6 ounces snow peas, trimmed
- 4 to 6 green onions, chopped
