Best Ever Ham GlazeDecember 28, 2008By BEarling
"I was searching for a ham glaze that was was a little different and not too sweet. This one is the best. I cooked the ham as was told and used Samuel Adams Winter Lager Beer because I thought it would give the ham a great flavor, I was not wrong and my dinner company thought it was the best ever. I did not stud the ham with the cloves, instead in the last 15 minutes I put canned pineapple rings over the ham and also down in the juice. On serving the ham I drizzled the glaze from the ham over the slices. This is a winner and will definately make it again."
