Easy Cranberry Ham Recipe

This baked ham is made with a canned ham and easy cranberry sauce glaze.

Cook Time: 1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • canned ham, 5 pounds
  • 1 can (16 ounces) whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation:

Remove gelatin coating from the canned ham; place in a shallow baking or roasting pan. Open cranberry sauce press through a sieve into a saucepan. Add remaining ingredients to the saucepan. Blend and heat the mixture.

Spoon some of the cranberry mixture over the ham. Bake in a preheated 300° oven, basting frequently, for about 1 hour. Remove to a heated platter.
Serves 8 to 10.
