Oven French Fries

Easy oven fries from Dottie.

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 4-5 large baking potatoes cut into 1/4 strips
  • seasoning blend, your choice

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 450°.
Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Toss potatoes with seasoning choice. Put on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes so they brown evenly. Bake until browned and crispy.

"this is the simplest recipe to follow. it's so bare bones you can make it your own with your favorite herbs. i made the dish last night and my husband loved it. i added some bread crumbs for that extra cripsy goodness and sprinkled a little spanish cheese on top, as soon as it came out of the oven."
