Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup corn or canola oil
Preparation:
Wash, peel, and slice potatoes. Arrange slices in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Mix together the seasonings and oil; drizzle over potatoes. Bake at 425° for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
