Love this with a few minor changes, Member BumblingBees

When I first made this I had way too much batter and the cooking time was off. I multiplied the recipe by 1.5 and had just the right amount of batter to fill two loaf pans. I cook covered with tented foil to prevent the top from browning too much for about 30 min then baked for additional 30-40 min until my toothpick ( I use a wooden skewer) comes up mostly clean. I also use a full bag of chocolate chips and am very generous with my bananas. Enjoy!
