Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- dash ground black pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients; cream until light and fluffy. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve with hot corn on the cob.
Makes 1/4 cup of horseradish butter.
