Steak Marinade Recipe

A potent steak marinade, aptly named Docs Volatile Steak Marinade.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • 3 TB Honey
  • 3 Tb Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 TB Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 TB cinnamon ground
  • 12 oz Guiness Stout
  • 4 oz Peanut oil
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 2 oz Soy sauce

Preparation:

Start with a saucepan. Mix the Guiness Stout, the Jack Daniels & the oil. Add the Worcestershire & tabasco sauce. Bring to a slow boil & add the white pepper, garlic, salt, cinnamon, & honey. Mix well, turn off heat, and allow to cool to room temp. Use immediately or store in a glass jar in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
