  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • dash salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Easy AND Tasty!June 01, 2008By miranywho
"I was looking for a simple chicken marinade recipe that was not too oily and I was likely to have all of the ingredients in my pantry. This was exactly what I was needing! It made the chicken have a simple flavor that you could pair with a rice dish or grilled veggies or macaroni and cheese...whatever you've got! Give it a shot, you'll like it (I used chicken breasts and a mixed veggie grill of zucchini squash, yellow squash, and purple onion. Magnificent!)"
