Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup light molasses
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons orange or lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Brush on chicken or meat during last 15 minutes of grilling.Makes about 3 1/2 cups - freeze extra sauce.
