Ingredients:
- 3 cups chopped onion
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup parsley, dried
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to
a boil. Simmer, covered, over very low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
