Use this to baste broiled or grilled chicken.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Combine all ingredients and let stand for 1 hour before using. Baste broiled or grilled chicken. Makes about 1 cup.
