Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 TB. brown sugar
- 2 TB. cider vinegar
- 2 TB. worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced, or use equivalent dried granules or powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- pork roast, loin, pork shoulder, etc.
Preparation:
Combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Place pork roast in a large food storage bag or in a nonreactive dish. Marinate pork overnight.
Put marinated pork roast in the crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
