This marinade was so delicious I created an account just so I could review it. The only thing I did differently was add a half cup of BBQ sauce in addition to the half cup of ketchup. Marinated the country spare ribs in it overnight then cooked them on low in the slow cooker for about 8 hours. Served with corn bread and red chard. Absolutely scrumptious!
