"THIS IS AN EXCELLENT RECIPE-I DID NOT SAUTE ONIONS-I WAS IN A BIG HURRY DOING ANOTHER JOB BUT HAD A BRISKET ON THE SMOKER SO I HAD TO HAVE SOME BBQ BEANS QUICK! I SUBSTITUTED BLACK BEANS AND KIDNEY BEANS, PUT IT ALL IN A COVERED CASEROLE DISH AND BAKED IT AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR. THE ONION AND GREEN PEPPERS WERE JUST DONE. I ALSO ADDED SOME GARLIC AND RED PEPPER- SO GOOD DIDN'T NEED BBQ SAUCE AT ALL! MMMMMMMMMM"
