Super Easy Oven Beef Stew

Beef stew is made extra easy with cream of mushroom soup and a little red wine.

Cook Time: 2 hours, 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/3 cup dry red wine
  • 1 can (3 to 4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
