Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can (about 16 ounces) sliced beets
- 1/4 cup marmalade
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Preparation:
Heat beats with their liquid in a saucepan; drain. Add marmalade and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until glazed with the sauce. Makes enough orange glazed beets to serve 4.
