Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 wedges ripe cantaloupe cut into cubes
- 1 cup fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 kiwi
- 1 mango (when in season)
- 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed or oil
- several walnuts
- 2 tablespoons plain or honey wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
I vary the fruits, but always have blueberries and strawberries.
