- 1 (12-ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 (10-ounces each) package frozen strawberries, thawed
- 2 pints strawberry ice cream
- 2 liters chilled lemon-lime soda (about 1 1/2 to 2 quarts)
Combine pineapple juice concentrate, strawberries, and 1 pint of ice cream; blend until smooth. To serve, pour into chilled punch bowl and add chilled lemon lime soda. Spoon remaining ice cream on top. Serve in punch cups.
Makes about 18 cups.
