Fruit Punch Recipe

This Fruit Punch Recipe is made with pineapple juice, strawberries, ice cream, and lemon lime soda.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12-ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 (10-ounces each) package frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 2 pints strawberry ice cream
  • 2 liters chilled lemon-lime soda (about 1 1/2 to 2 quarts)

Preparation:

Combine pineapple juice concentrate, strawberries, and 1 pint of ice cream; blend until smooth. To serve, pour into chilled punch bowl and add chilled lemon lime soda. Spoon remaining ice cream on top. Serve in punch cups.
Makes about 18 cups of fruit punch.
