Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup orange juice (or other juice)
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 can peaches, drained
- 1 cup whole frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple, drained
Preparation:
Whirl in blender until smooth. Makes two big servings.You can add your own variations, such as fresh peaches, papaya, or coconut milk for a tropical taste. The essential elements are a banana, the whole frozen strawberries, and some juice. Great in hot weather.
