Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- hot coffee
- cinnamon sticks
Preparation:
Combine the cream, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; chill thoroughly, about 3 to 4 hours. Whip until stiff. Put 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup in each of 6 mugs. Fill mugs with hot coffee; stir to mix. Top each mug of coffee with a generous spoonful of spiced whipped cream. Use cinnamon sticks for stirrers.Makes 6 servings.
