Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 dates, cut up
- 2 cups fat free yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 medium banana, cut in chunks
Preparation:
In blender, combine yogurt, orange juice concentrate, honey, vanilla, bananas
and the date mixture; process until well blended, 30 to 60 seconds. Serve
immediately.
Serves 2.
