Easy Fruit Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cherry flavored gelatin
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 3 cups chilled unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 4 cups ice cubes, or about 1 tray
  • 2 pints lemon or pineapple sherbet

Preparation:

Combine gelatins with boiling water; stir until dissolved. Add cold water, pineapple juice, and orange juice concentrate. Just before serving, add ice cubes and stir until melted. Spoon in sherbet.
Makes about 4 quarts, or 16 to 24 servings.
