Easy Chive Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh or frozen chopped chives
  • 2 (11-ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Preparation:

Combine butter and chopped chives. Separate biscuits; dip each biscuit in butter mixture. Arrange biscuits vertically in a lightly greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until done, covering loosely with aluminum foil last 10 to 15 minutes to prevent overbrowning.
