You might have everything for this soup right in your pantry! What could be easier?
Ingredients:
- 1 cans (15 to 16 ounces each) black-eyed peas, undrained
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes with bell pepper, onion, and celery, or unseasoned
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed chicken broth
- 1 can (about 16 ounces) lightly seasoned turnip greens, collard greens, or similar greens
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
Serves 6.
