Quick Black-Eyed Peas and Greens Soup

You might have everything for this soup right in your pantry! What could be easier?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cans (15 to 16 ounces each) black-eyed peas, undrained
  • 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes with bell pepper, onion, and celery, or unseasoned
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed chicken broth
  • 1 can (about 16 ounces) lightly seasoned turnip greens, collard greens, or similar greens
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
