  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 10 ounces beer, at room temperature
  • 4 ounces shredded or diced processed American cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded or diced Monterey Jack cheese

Too much yeast!June 30, 2008By EmpressGeek
"I have found when making this recipe that a packet of yeast is just too, too much yeast. If you want to get a good rise without a huge mushroom on top that will collapse as soon as the baking starts, reduce that yeast to 1 1/2 teaspoons. Other than that, mmmmmm is this delicious!"
