Recipe for a baked pineapple bread pudding using crushed pineapple and pecans or walnuts.

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (14 ounces)
  • 2 cups French bread cubes (about 1/2-inch pieces)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
