An egg and bacon casserole for 2.
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 4 to 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 3 slices bread, lightly buttered
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
