Susan's breakfast casserole recipe is made with eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bread
  • 12 to 16 ounces bacon or sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

"I made this casserole for my family and visiting family members. They loved it!! After going back home, my sister requested I send it to her! :) A great compliment! The children (ages 2-10) left no crumbs and it kept them full (till lunch, anyways!). Thanks!"
