This is a quick and easy broccoli recipe, just the thing for a weekday family meal. This is wonderful with chicken or fish.
- 16 to 20 ounces frozen broccoli spears
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated lemon zest
- scant 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook broccoli following package directions. Combine melted butter, lemon peel, and pepper. Drain broccoli; transfer to serving dish. Drizzle with butter mixture. Serve hot.
