  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 6 tablespoons evaporated milk or half-and-half
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
