Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows

- Topping:
- 8 ounces (about 1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
Preparation:
Topping: Combine chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter in a saucepan; heat, stirring, until melted and well blended. Remove from heat. Stir in rice cereal then spread over cooled bars. Chill.
Makes 3 dozen.
