INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan and lightly dust with flour. Into a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt. In a mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in evaporated milk and vanilla. With mixer at low speed, beat in sifted dry ingredients, a little at a time, until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes, or until blondies are golden brown. A toothpick inserted in center should come out almost clean. Cool blondies completely in pan on rack. Cut blondies into squares to serve. Makes about 24 blondies.
