- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 can or jar (4 ounces) mushroom pieces
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a skillet over medium low heat, melt butter.
Cook chopped onion and green bell pepper in butter for 4 to 6 minutes, until the onion is lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients; cook for 4 to 6 minutes, until hot
