Cabbage is cooked in the skillet with a little wine, chicken broth, chopped onion, and seasonings.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head cabbage, about 1 to 1 1/4 pounds or 6 cups coarsely shredded
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon wine vinegar, white or red
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper
