Ingredients:
- 1 large head of red cabbage -- shredded
- 4 to 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled -- reserve drippings
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup red wine or cider vinegar
- salt and pepper -- to taste
Preparation:
Add shredded cabbage; mix well and heat through. Add salt and pepper to
taste; garnish with crumbled bacon.
Serves 4.
