Ingredients:
- 1 package (approx. 18.75 ounces) chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs, divided
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Preparation:
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the remaining egg, vanilla, and sugar just until blended. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the hot crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs evenly over the peanut butter-cream cheese layer.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until set. Cool and cut into squares to serve.
