By Diana Rattray, About.com

This candy is easy to make and a wonderful edible gift.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (8 ounces) milk chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups raisins

Preparation:

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper; butter and set aside. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.

Store raisin cluster candy in the refrigerator in an airtight container, between layers of waxed paper.
Makes about 30 clusters.
