Ingredients:
- 3 cups sliced carrots, about 6 to 8 carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Put carrots in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for about 15 minutes, or until just tender. Drain.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in the sugar, orange zest, and salt. Add the cooked carrots and cook, stirring frequently, until carrots are hot and glazed.
