Ingredients:
- 4 catfish fillets
- 6 tablespoons butter
- Creole seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat; Season catfish with Creole seasoning. Place catfish in skillet and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn once and add vegetables. Cover and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender.4 servings.
