- 1 whole head cauliflower
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
- cilantro, for garnish, optional
Melt butter over low heat; blend in flour, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Add 2 cups milk, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce is smooth and thickened. Serve hot over whole cooked cauliflower.
Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
