This horseradish dip is made with cottage cheese and a little Worcestershire sauce. Use the dip with chips or crackers.
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups creamed cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 sprig parsley
- dash salt
Put all ingredients in blender container; blend on high speed until smooth. Serve with vegetable dippers.
