Delicious!, Member coleoptera

I've made this 2 or 3 times now - at least a couple in the prescribed fashion and one in a much more complicated one - using ONLY a crockpot (it was complicated). This is a really delicious dip that people flock to once they get past the unusual color, a refreshing alternative to canned Rotel and Velveeta type dips. It definitely has a pinkish color, but that doesn't hold people back for long.
