- 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Low Fat Salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Green onions, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Tarragon leaves
- 1 Dash Pepper
Preparation:
Serve with fresh vegetable sticks or assorted crackers.
