Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard, plain or Bold and Spicy
- dash cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons cream
- thin slices bread, crusts removed
Preparation:
Combine cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, cayenne, and cream. Spread on trimmed bread. Roll slices to make "logs." Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and toast in a 350° oven or under broiler until lightly browned.
