Serve with your favorite crackers. INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Combine first cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, chopped onion, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Shape mixture into a ball and roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Chill for about 2 hours. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes one cheese ball, about 5 inches in diameter.
